Computer Software Associates, Inc. has immediate openings for full-time software and hardware support technicians. Primary job responsibilities for software support involve on-site training and installation, in-house phone support/troubleshooting, as well as program testing and documentation. Responsibilities for hardware technicians include phone support, troubleshooting hardware and network support issues, and staging systems. Candidates should be detail-oriented with excellent problem solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to learn and work autonomously and also as part of a team. Experience and/or familiarity with county government a bonus. Computer skills required; database experience ideal. Some travel required to a wide variety of destinations. Degree preferred, but not required.
